On behalf of the Hindu Mandir Empowerment Council (HMEC), we are pleased to invite you to attend the 19th Annual Conference of HMEC & 13th HMPC, to be held from October 2-4, 2026, at the Jain Center of Southern California, Buena Park, California. USA.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Iśä Väsyam Idam Sarvam Sustaining Sanskar. Strengthening Samaj, Protecting Srsti.” The conference brings together temple executives, trustees, scholars, community leaders, and volunteers from across North America to collaborate, exchange best practices, and strengthen Hindu institutions.

As a valued member of the HMEC leadership and Head of IT activities, your presence is extremely important to the success of the conference. Your guidance, expertise, and leadership play a vital role in HMEC’s ongoing initiatives, and your participation will significantly contribute to the collaborative discussions, technology planning, and strategic development sessions. Your engagement with leaders from diverse organizations will help further HMEC’s mission of empowering mandirs and Hindu communities.

Your visit to the United States is solely for the purpose of attending the HMEC conference and participating in its associated meetings and activities. HMEC will provide full support for your visit, including accommodation, meals, local transportation, and airport transfers during the conference.
